1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to apk365. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and apk365 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the apk365 website or Android application in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any feature of the platform. Continued use of apk365 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on apk365 and use its betting or gaming features, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. apk365 strictly enforces its 18+ policy and will request identity documentation to verify age when required.
• You must be registering and using the platform as an individual, not on behalf of a business entity.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not already hold an active apk365 account. Only one account per person, per household and per device is permitted.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is restricted or prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to confirm whether your use of apk365 complies with the laws applicable to you.

apk365 may carry out identity verification checks at registration or at any point thereafter. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal and betting functions until the process is completed.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your apk365 account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether you personally initiated those actions.

• Keep your username, password and any two-factor authentication details strictly confidential.
• Never share your account credentials with any other person. Sharing an account — even with a family member — is a violation of these Terms.
• Notify apk365 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all taxes or duties applicable to your winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction. apk365 does not deduct or account for personal tax obligations on your behalf.

apk365 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on apk365 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted:

• JazzCash — instant deposit, typically credited within 60 seconds
• Easypaisa — instant deposit, typically credited within 60 seconds
• Raast — instant bank-to-platform transfer
• Bank Transfer — processing time up to 24 hours depending on the bank
• Debit/Credit Cards — subject to card issuer approval
• Mobile Wallets — other supported wallets as listed in the Deposit section

Minimum deposit amounts are specified at the point of transaction. apk365 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are outside our control.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. apk365 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and within 24 hours for bank transfers.

• Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts. Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of request.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• apk365 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend the processing time. You will be notified if this applies to your request.
• Withdrawal requests to payment methods not matching your registered identity may be declined.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing time, please contact our support team via live chat. Do not submit duplicate withdrawal requests, as this may cause further delays.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

apk365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL season promotions and accumulator boosts. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions on apk365:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Any unconverted bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
• apk365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless the promotion explicitly states that combining is permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting for bonus purposes, hedging bets to clear wagering requirements risk-free, or exploiting promotional errors — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are real money only after all wagering requirements have been satisfied.

7. Sports Betting Rules

apk365 offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket, PSL, international T20 fixtures, football, esports and other sports markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• apk365 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error in odds has occurred due to a technical or human error, even after the event has settled.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of a live data feed. If the data feed is interrupted, in-play betting may be suspended temporarily.
• Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned, unless settlement rules for that market state otherwise.
• For cricket markets, the official result as published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent) will be used for settlement purposes. In-play DLS adjustments are applied where applicable.
• Maximum stake and payout limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. apk365 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to accounts at its discretion.
• apk365 does not accept bets where the user has insider knowledge of the outcome, or where the bet forms part of any match-fixing arrangement. Such bets will be voided and the account referred for investigation.

8. Casino & Games

The apk365 Game Lobby includes online slots, live casino tables, fish shooting games, bingo rooms and other instant-play titles. All games are operated under independent RNG (Random Number Generator) certification, ensuring that outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by previous results.

• Games may not be available in all regions. The platform will display a message if a particular title is unavailable in your location.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error during a game round, the affected round will be voided and your stake returned. apk365 is not liable for losses arising from internet connection issues on your device or network.
• Live casino games are hosted by third-party studios. The rules of each live table are displayed within the game interface and govern any disputes arising from that specific game.
• Fish game and bingo room credits are denominated in PKR. Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed within each game.
• Any attempt to use automated software, bots or external tools to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on apk365. Engaging in any of these constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: creating more than one account to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Money laundering: using apk365 to disguise the origin of funds. All transactions are monitored and suspicious activity is reported.
• Bonus abuse: systematically exploiting promotions through hedging, coordinated group play, or any method designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or wallet provider for legitimate transactions on apk365.
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Use of bots or automation: using scripts, bots or any automated tool to interact with the platform.
• Sharing account access: allowing any other person to access, fund or operate your account.

10. Privacy & Data

apk365 collects and processes personal data to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments and comply with anti-fraud requirements. The full details of how we collect, store and use your data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering on apk365 you consent to:

• The collection and processing of your registration information, payment data and gaming activity for account management purposes.
• Identity verification checks, which may involve sharing your submitted documents with a third-party verification service.
• Receiving transactional communications including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications and security alerts.
• Receiving promotional communications if you have opted in to marketing at registration or in your account settings. You may opt out at any time.

apk365 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk365 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity arising from your use of the platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Technical failures, server downtime or connectivity issues that prevent access to the platform or cause a game or bet to be interrupted.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or balance forfeiture resulting from prohibited conduct.
• Incorrect information provided by third-party data suppliers used in odds calculation or live score feeds.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by your payment provider, bank or mobile wallet operator.

apk365's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the balance held in your account at the time of the incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Account Termination

You may close your apk365 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or security reviews are pending.

apk365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion or any other prohibited conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, apk365 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned.

13. Responsible Gaming

apk365 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all adult users. We strongly encourage all players to treat gaming as entertainment and to set personal limits that reflect what they can afford to spend.

If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using apk365 and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
